My Everyday in 2020
2020
This series aims to reflect on a personal everyday life of working from home during the pandemic that started in the beginning of 2020. This personal experience is common among millions of people around the world. During this time, it becomes evident that there are a number of things around us in our everyday life that are inevitable. We cannot live without them.
All of the artefacts in the My Everyday in 2020 series are not meant to serve any practical functions; they are created to stimulate contemplation and reflection. They are agents of relatable experience during an extraordinary time.
The series has been exhibited internationally in the following exhibition:
(1) “(Wo)man and Environment”, Craft Ontario, Toronto, Canada, August 2020 (solo exhibition, see)
